About the role
- Manage relationships with active clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of contracts

Requirements
- Previous experience as an account manager or account executive at technology companies, consultancies, or software development firms
- Knowledge of resource allocation/staffing models, outsourcing, and on-demand/project-based engagements
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with corporate (B2B) clients
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile
