• Support in rolling out DVDMS in the State of Assam till SHC level.
• Ensure seamless integration of changes made with existing systems-DVDMS.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
• Enhance the functionalities and development of the dashboard for DVDMS.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to promote the usage of DVDMS into supply chain.
• Establish mechanisms for monitoring the usage of DVDMS within public health supply chains.
• Analyze DVDMS data to inform decision-making and improve supply chain performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in DVDMS usage and management.

Consultant – Information Technology

Director

• Provide technical leadership and support for all M&E and knowledge management activities
• Review and update the Performance Management Plan and manage it as a tool for project monitoring to inform project leadership
• Develop and introduce tools in close collaboration with the technical team to improve the quality and use of data for decision making
• Participate in relevant global technical working groups and apply global guidance to project MEL indicators and measurement
• Lead data analysis and donor reporting
• Provide technical oversight for Global MEL team and MEL officers in country offices
• Ensure effective use of data for decision-making within the project team
• Strengthen capacity in country in effective use of data for decision-making
• Collect, report, and analyze information on project activities
• Ensure timely and complete reporting from partners in accordance with approved reporting formats
• Monitor and evaluate progress towards annual work plans and expected outputs, including selecting and monitoring progress in meeting key performance indicators
• Assist the Project Director in preparing work plans/selecting indicators and annual implementation plans with a view towards the project’s MEL requirements
• Coordinate preparation of all annual project reports, ad-hoc technical reports, and success stories for USG funding in line with the required formats
• Collect data for annual MEL plans and use those data to improve project performance
• Compile information on lessons learned and expertise within and outside the project
• Develop a detailed plan to build technical and managerial capacity of project staff
