Data Analyst

• Lead the design and implementation of a rapid qualitative analysis of provider readiness, barriers, and hesitancy influencing TPT uptake among 10 leading private providers across 3 districts of Mumbai (Govandi, Sion, Kurla)
• Analyze interview data to identify key themes and prepare a comprehensive Private Provider Hesitancy Analysis Report summarizing themes identified, provider concerns, and recommendations for targeted demand generation strategies
• Conduct gap analysis of existing national and state-level risk communication materials with the Project Lead, reviewing provider hesitancy findings and beneficiary needs related to TPT awareness, risk perception, and hesitancy
• Develop an evidence-based TPT Gap Analysis Report identifying specific behavioral barriers among private providers and household contacts, along with the Project Lead
• Design a Demand Generation Framework specifying priority messages, recommended communication channels, and roles for providers, beneficiaries, and project staff in addressing identified barriers, along with the Project Lead
• Develop a finalized Demand Generation Toolkit including high-fidelity Provider Value-Proposition Aids and Beneficiary Decision-Support Materials tailored to Mumbai context, along with the Project Lead

Consultant – Private Sector Demand Analytics Manager, Infectious Diseases

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems for the PIVOT-TPT project.
• Ensure rigorous data generation, quality assurance, and actionable insights for program improvement and donor accountability.
• Work closely with the Project Lead, State Operations teams, NTEP officials, private provider partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Establish an integrated data ecosystem that captures performance across the full TPT care cascade.
• Design a comprehensive MEL framework aligned with TIFA and NTEP guidelines, including data collection tools, management protocols, and QA procedures.
• Conduct monthly KPI analyses with narrative reports on trends, bottlenecks, and corrective recommendations.
• Design and launch a real-time interactive dashboard linking project MIS with Ni-kshay for live KPI tracking.
• Consolidate and validate monthly data from all project partners and Ni-kshay to produce standardized performance reports.

• Partner with divisional and program leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies and talent plans that support programmatic growth, transitions, and evolving country presence.
• Ensure HR guidance reflects the realities of donor‑funded program cycles, fluctuating workforce needs, and multi‑country operating environments.
• Use relationship‑centered partnership and cultural awareness to support shape people strategies that meet the needs of diverse teams working across regions and align with HR priorities.
• Advise on Talent and Structure
• Support workforce planning for program start‑ups, scale-ups, transitions, and close‑outs.
• Advise managers on team structure, role clarity, capability needs, and succession readiness across matrixed, cross‑regional reporting environments.
• Identify and surface people risks early—including misalignment, morale challenges, and team dynamics—and escalate more complex issues to Senior HRBPs as appropriate.
• Coach and Develop Leaders
• Provide guided coaching to managers to strengthen communication, expectation setting, performance leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
• Prepare managers for complex or sensitive conversations and support them in navigating cross‑cultural interpersonal challenges.

• Work alongside divisional transitions, restructuring, and role changes, ensuring clear, consistent communication and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.

• Analyze workforce trends, employee touchpoint themes, and team dynamics to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to managers.
• Provide leaders with evidence‑driven recommendations that support operational effectiveness and organizational health.
• Collaborate Across HR
• Act as a connector between employees, managers, regional HRBPs, People Operations, Shared Services, and other HR teams to ensure aligned support.
• Simplify and clarify HR information, helping employees and managers navigate HR processes and reduce confusion.
