About the role
- Lead complex initiatives that span Revenue Operations and Engineering, including CRM evolution, billing and entitlement workflows, lifecycle automation, forecasting systems, and customer data integrity.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Revenue Operations and Engineering for RevOps-driven work.
- Establish and maintain structured planning, tracking, and execution practices for cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with RevOps, Engineering, and Finance to evolve core business systems in a scalable, maintainable way.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to ensure shared understanding of priorities and outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Proven ability to operate effectively between business leaders and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes and business systems
- Excellent communication skills with executives and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous environments.
