About the role
- Customer service (chat, email, phone, and WhatsApp);
- Exchange/returns process (product returns — issuance of return invoice (nota fiscal) — full exchange process);
- Initiating PI procedures with Correios (Brazilian postal service);
- Reverse logistics and tracking of posted parcels;
- Tracking customer service interactions;
- Interaction and support for the website sales team;
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree preferred;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Ability to resolve conflicts (customer- and order-related);
- Strong written communication and clear diction.
