About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner across talent teams to improve hiring workflows, tools, and experiences
- Translate hiring needs into clear processes, resources, and standards that support consistency and quality
- Support the design and implementation of a self-serve hiring model for hiring managers
- Support hiring practices that promote equitable access, reduce bias, and create inclusive candidate experiences
- Translate hiring processes into scalable solutions within platforms such as Workday, Paradox, and related tools
- Partner with People Technology and cross-functional teams to build and evolve systems that are intuitive and sustainable
- Support agile ways of working, including planning cycles, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, people operations, or a related field
- Experience translating business processes into scalable systems and workflows
- Experience working with platforms such as Workday, Paradox, and Criteria
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven agents, or similar technologies
- Experience partnering with HRIS or People Technology teams
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional programs or change initiatives
- Familiarity with agile ways of working such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in high-volume hiring environments preferred
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach is a plus
