About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a critical link between solutions engineering, customer support, customer success, operations, finance, and product teams
Serve as the first point of escalation and main point of contact for customer issues
Work as an extension of daily operations team to understand supply chain and shipment issues
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maintain high NPS scores
Assist Customer Support team with account-level issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of operational experience working with B2B clients, presenting and analyzing data.
High pattern recognition skills, able to spot trends and connections in data
Ownership of tasks and outcomes, seeing projects through from inception to completion
Problem-solving mindset for new issues and ambiguity
Team-first mentality with a focus on collaboration and solutions
Composed under pressure with ability to navigate tough conversations
Highly organized with experience across multiple platforms and tools (Zendesk, Notion, Salesforce a plus)
