Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in insurance
- Professional experience in industrial property insurance, ideally on the brokerage, insurer, or underwriting side
- Specialist and market knowledge of the industrial and commercial client business
- Experience designing and placing tailored insurance solutions
- Experience with international insurance programs is an advantage
- Understanding of industrial risks, technical interrelationships, and complex contractual structures
- Open and approachable manner with strong communication skills
- Analytical abilities and a structured, reliable, and proactive approach to learning
- High self-motivation, team spirit, and commitment
- Fluent German and good English skills
