About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Move & transform data: Extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of data from various sources
- Data warehousing: Build and enhance data warehouse solutions, from small systems to a central platform on Microsoft Fabric
- Analyze & visualize: Conduct data analyses and design meaningful reports and dashboards
- Build structures & models: Support the development of data models and structures for optimal data processing
- Work with AI: Use modern technologies for data analysis and pattern recognition
- Enable data-driven decisions: Collaborate with different teams to create real business value from data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration or a comparable qualification in Informatics, Data Science, Statistics or Mathematics
- Confident skills in SQL (queries, optimization, development)
- Experience in building data warehouse structures (Star Schema, Snowflake)
- Practical experience with Power BI (data models, DAX, visualization)
- Initial experience with ETL processes; beneficial: exposure to Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, problem-solving ability, team spirit and initiative
- Very good German language skills
