About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales pipeline
- Acquire new customers through networking, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
- Deliver customer and product presentations (remote/on-site)
- Manage the sales process through to contract closure
- Work closely with executive management and project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT solutions sales and project-based B2B sales
- Technical understanding, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with sales processes
- Open, people-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and strategic mindset
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel: roughly every 6 weeks for a few days to the Potsdam office
