About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales pipeline
  • Acquiring new customers through networks, referrals, trade shows, events, and qualified leads
  • Managing and developing existing customer relationships
  • Delivering customer and product presentations (remote/on-site)
  • Managing the sales process through to contract signing
  • Close collaboration with management and project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in selling IT solutions and project-based sales in the B2B sector
  • Technical understanding, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with sales processes
  • Open interpersonal approach, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking
  • Hands-on mentality and an independent working style
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel: approximately every 6 weeks for a few days to the Potsdam office
