Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or an equivalent qualification with at least 2 years' professional experience in support
- Enthusiasm for technology and openness to new IT topics and software solutions
- Interest in database technologies (e.g., SQL) and BI products (such as MS Power BI, Board, Jedox, etc.)
- Basic Windows Server administration skills (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of Linux servers
- Analytical thinking and the ability to develop concepts
- Professional and confident customer communication in German
