About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- B2B and SMB go-to-market end to end: who we target, how we reach them, how we win.
- Getting the right people in the room through outbound, partnerships, and an education-led motion (EO and YPO, workshops, stages). Matt closes. The gap is access, not closing.
- Matt's platform: his personal brand and speaker placement, building "How to AI for business owners".
- Positioning and ICP messaging that make YouAI the obvious choice.
- The whole GTM built as AI and agentic systems, not manual labour.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A B2B GTM operator who gets into rooms with hard-to-reach buyers. If you can't reach the CEO, you reach the assistant and get on the calendar. You love sales, people, and funnels.
- SMB B2B experience with 24k EUR or larger contracts and the full buyer journey. Sales-literate, not just brand.
- A strategic builder: playbooks over decks. You place bets, prioritise hard, and follow through.
- AI-native. You build an agentic team around yourself so one operator delivers like a whole team.
- A direct-response brand instinct, comfortable ghostwriting and reaching as the founder.
- Someone who complements a visionary CEO with focus, structure, and execution.
