About the role
- Define the target architecture for the Genesys Cloud CCaaS solution.
- Design a scalable, multi-country CCaaS architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Define the AI strategy and integration approach.
- Design secure and efficient integration patterns between Genesys Cloud and existing enterprise systems.
- Produce country-by-country implementation roadmaps, taking into account business strategy and local regulations.
- Define and support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, security and compliance teams, and Genesys solution experts.
- Ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Share CCaaS and Genesys Cloud knowledge and best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing Genesys Cloud CCaaS architectures.
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-country environments.
- Strong knowledge of: cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML solutions, including Conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for business.
