About the role

  • Responsible for the maintenance, support and evolution of the service infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of systems, acting across all company units.
  • Implement automations and monitoring that increase the efficiency and reliability of production environments, developing and integrating solutions to facilitate operations.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features in systems, with a focus on infrastructure and observability.
  • Perform troubleshooting and fixes in the environments and systems used by the company, proactively monitoring and responding to incidents to ensure business stability and continuity.
  • Work on optimizing and continuously improving deployment and CI/CD processes, ensuring DevOps practices are aligned with business needs and reliability standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring reliability engineering practices are properly recorded and accessible to teams.

Requirements

  • Programming logic for maintenance/support
  • Knowledge of API and service development
  • More than 2 years' experience with VB6 and C# applied to development
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and their optimization in high-scale production environments
  • Version control tools (Git), with a focus on collaborative practices and continuous integration
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools (advantage)
  • Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) is a plus.
