About the role

  • Requirements Analysis: Identify and document user and client needs to request development or to develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Development in the Senior Programming Language (LSP*): Perform customizations in HCM Senior, ensuring solutions meet the requirements of the business areas.
  • Implementation: Design and test new or existing systems.
  • Maintenance and Support: Perform ongoing system maintenance to fix issues, keep systems up to date, improve functionality, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Testing and Quality: Conduct tests to ensure systems operate correctly and meet the specified requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to facilitate understanding and use of systems by other team members.
  • Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can use the systems effectively.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage development or system implementation projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Experience developing in the LSP programming language
  • Strong communication skills; proactivity; adaptability
