About the role

  • Customer focus: responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
  • Backlog management: responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product strategy backlog, ensuring it is always up to date and that the most important tasks are at the top.
  • Defining product goals and vision: work with stakeholders to define the product vision and clear goals, ensuring the team is aligned with objectives.
  • Making quick, informed decisions: make daily decisions about what should be developed, based on up-to-date market information, customer feedback, and product performance metrics.
  • Metrics and performance analysis: monitor product performance through metrics and data, adapting the strategy as needed.
  • Act strategically in the evolution of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the company’s long-term vision.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, innovations, and competitor moves, bringing actionable insights to the product roadmap.
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with potential strategic partners, supporting decision-making around integrations, new solutions, and business opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to pricing decisions, business models, and negotiations with partners and suppliers, together with the relevant areas.
  • Evaluate and ensure the scalability of features, considering user growth, performance, technical sustainability, and financial impact.
  • Collaborate with UX, technology, business teams, and external partners, promoting data- and results-driven decisions.
  • Ensure clear documentation of requirements, business rules, and strategic decisions, supporting governance and efficient execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Solid experience in developing technology products
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and Lean)
  • Experience with Azure
  • Experience with digital products
  • Knowledge of data management
