Operations Analyst – Identity and Access Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full end-to-end process for investor access requests
- Ensure accurate and timely handling from initiation to closure
- Validate data imports and reconcile records against live platform data
- Conduct access corrections and revocations adhering to change-control protocols
- Produce entitlement reports for audit, compliance, and general operational reviews
- Proactively monitor and manage workflow queues
- Identify data quality issues and process gaps to support improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.)
- At least 2-3 years in an operational, data, or workflow-management role
- Preference given to experience in financial services, fund administration, or investor relations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Disciplined and detail-oriented approach to data
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
- Methodical and reliable approach to managing competing deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with access management, data reconciliation, audit/governance frameworks, and process improvement or automation initiatives
