About the role
- You develop a clear product strategy for a new product
- You create a scalable roadmap and drive its implementation
- You take ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from new features and optimizations to scaling initiatives
- You work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and the founders
- You manage projects for cross-functional initiatives
- You define KPIs and track them to measure success
Requirements
- Several years' experience leading product teams, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment or at a SaaS/AI startup
- Proven track record of scaling products
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
- Experience building and managing product roadmaps
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense for market trends
- Leadership skills, strong communication, and a hands-on mentality
