About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for our existing customers and proactively support them from onboarding through implementation to successful use of our product
- You align goals, KPIs and use cases with customers and ensure sustainable platform usage and adoption
- You translate customer requirements into concrete functional and process-related use cases
- You play a key role in customer retention and apply your subject-matter expertise strategically
- As a bridge between our customers and internal teams, you provide valuable feedback and ensure technical and contractual issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- By identifying opportunities and risks, you increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success
Requirements
- You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or an alternative vocational background with further training such as certified mechanical engineering technician, master precision mechanic, and/or business administrator
- You have experience with cost engineering tools, part costing, sourcing processes, or PLM systems
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the SAP-MM module (procurement)
- You possess excellent communication and moderation skills
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
- You communicate confidently in German and English
