Key responsibilities & impact- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs
- Drive pipeline generation to support Account Executives and Sales Managers
- Coach and mentor reps on prospecting, outreach, and conversion strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize team productivity
- Establish and execute strategic plans aligned with company growth goals
- Lead pipeline reviews, account planning, and opportunity development
- Partner cross-functionally to improve efficiency and results
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Contribute to team culture and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of success
- Strong expertise in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI-focused environments
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ownership mentality with a focus on results and continuous improvement
