About the role
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales team by mentoring, motivating, and empowering individuals to exceed their goals.

- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent across Malaysia.
- Champion sales mastery by training and developing your team’s sales, product, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.
- A hunter mindset with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Working knowledge of social selling and conversational intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Culturally attuned, adaptable, and able to thrive in a diverse, remote team environment.
