About the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • A hunter mindset with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Working knowledge of social selling and conversational intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Culturally attuned, adaptable, and able to thrive in a diverse, remote team environment.
