About the role
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales playbook aligned with PartsBase’s mission and vision to accelerate growth.
- Lead Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Own the sales pipeline, consistently meet sales goals, and drive new business through prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the CEO and leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Operations & Analytics: Optimize sales operations using data to track progress, manage forecasts, and improve team performance.
- Customer Management: Lead C-level discussions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Team Development: Coach your team to achieve individual and collective growth, providing feedback to drive development.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership in SaaS with a proven track record of 2x growth in early stages and scaling CEO-led sales teams.
- Sales Expertise: Strong solution-selling, contract negotiation, and experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Skills: Expertise in sales automation tools, strong analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence.
