About the role
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including MROs, OEMs, airlines, and distributors
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a full sales cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews, uncover expansion opportunities, and drive renewals
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing trends and actionable feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and evolving market needs
- Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of PartsBase platform
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales or customer success experience, preferably in B2B environments
- 2–3 years of experience in the aviation industry (MRO, OEM, distribution, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A hunter’s drive to win new business and a nurturer’s heart to grow lasting partnerships
- Highly organized and proactive with strong project management abilities
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to travel up to 20% to visit key clients, attend events, or support business development
