About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for finding, developing, and maintaining relationships with Customers
  • Proactively manage day by placing high volume of outbound calls
  • Identify, cultivate, and build customer partnerships
  • Integrate all sales activities into CRM (Salesforce.com) system for timely, accurate reporting
  • Conduct research on accounts to develop an understanding of their business
  • Partner with Customer Experience team members to develop and grow customer relationships
  • Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales business development, customer development or account management role
  • Experience using Excel & Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about building something new and solving problems
  • Enjoy meeting new people and have the drive to build long-standing partnerships
  • Proactive and organized – taking initiative and following through are a must
  • Resilient – see rejection as an exciting challenge
  • Fantastic communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written)
