About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cover several order web portals
Create and update survey and escalation cases for our web portals
Sort the customer service email queue
Manage the Customer Support team email inbox for various tasks
Sort, update, and combine new account lists
Collaborate with other business units by sorting and sharing their reports
Assist with the UPS Exceptions Report
Manage customer portals
Create and email warranty credits to customers
Deliver exceptional customer service via email

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
Team player that can tackle projects independently
Ability to multi-task with attention to details
Strong organizational skills
Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
Ability to work M-F from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST)
Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
