About the role

  • Act as the primary finance partner to the PMO on cross functional enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Embed financial discipline into program governance, business cases, milestones, and benefits realization tracking
  • Support prioritization and sequencing of transformation initiatives based on financial impact and resource capacity
  • Lead financial modeling, cross-charge and ROI analysis, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights for executive decision-making
  • Track and report on value creation, cost savings, productivity gains, and margin improvement
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and other functions to redesign processes and improve scalability
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization
  • Drive alignment across functions and ensure accountability for financial outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 15+ years of progress experience
  • Deep, hands-on experience with OneStream, including planning and reporting
  • CPA, MBA, or similar credential (bonus points)
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
