About the role
- Assist Part Experts with various customer service issues
- Cover several order web portals
- Create and update survey and escalation cases for web portals
- Sort customer service email queue
- Manage Customer Support team email inbox
- Sort, update, and combine new account lists
- Collaborate with other business units by sorting and sharing reports
- Create and email warranty credits to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
