About the role
- Our Financial Analyst will pair up with our business unit and functional leaders to improve both top and bottom-line results. You’ll prepare and improve our financial reporting to highlight key takeaways and identify opportunities for process improvements, analyze the business, and understand the needs of our internal and external customers. The Financial Analyst will provide insights to support the implementation of projects to improve our operational efficiency. In this highly analytic, data driven role, you will always be thinking of creative ways to help business unit leaders drive success throughout their businesses. You will support the business with its monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. You will be the financial voice during meetings, and you will always be looking for ways to grow company-wide sales and profitability.
Requirements
- You are self-motivated and can prioritize tasks. You’ve been supporting a business team with financial analysis for 1-3 years. You are highly analytical and always looking for ways to make process improvements. You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written) You pay close attention to detail, as far as you’re concerned anything worth doing should be done right. You have the ability to be agile and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. You are passionate about uncovering and communicating key insights that others may miss – you’re a detective! You have a passion for assisting others to drive business initiatives. You demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for solutions based on information gathered and analyzed from the systems. You have amazing MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love taking on new challenges.
