Customer Support

• Assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions: approximately 50-70 phone calls a day and a steady flow of emails
• Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Process customer requests, involving: order entry, order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc.
• Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs
