About the role

  • Support Sales in Strategic Deals: accompany AEs on high-value deals, define deal strategy, prepare tailored presentations, demos and content, and pitch to prospects
  • RFP Management: structure RFP responses, align Sales/CS/C-level stakeholders, build custom presentations, answer technical documentation and questionnaires, pitch during oral presentations, and follow up stakeholders
  • Sales Enablement: produce success cases, update content, feed internal training platform (Partoo U), structure and run Sales onboarding sessions, and provide regular Sales training on advanced topics and product evolution
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure consultative sales approach for strategic & global accounts (>50K€)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant / Presales)
  • Problem-solver mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
  • Fluent in English, German, and Spanish
  • Strong curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity in project management and client interactions
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
