Support Sales in Strategic Deals: accompany AEs on high-value deals, define deal strategy, prepare tailored presentations, demos and content, and pitch to prospects
RFP Management: structure RFP responses, align Sales/CS/C-level stakeholders, build custom presentations, answer technical documentation and questionnaires, pitch during oral presentations, and follow up stakeholders
Sales Enablement: produce success cases, update content, feed internal training platform (Partoo U), structure and run Sales onboarding sessions, and provide regular Sales training on advanced topics and product evolution
Collaborate closely with AEs, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure consultative sales approach for strategic & global accounts (>50K€)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant / Presales)
Problem-solver mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
Fluent in English, German, and Spanish
Strong curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity in project management and client interactions
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
