About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide input into revenue targets and strategies to support the Partnership
Use various donor research and relationship building methods
Work with other Development team members to steward CA-based donors
Draft concept papers, grant proposals and grant reports, as required
Maintain contact and prospect information in Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum seven years of fundraising or relevant work experience
demonstrated track record of successfully securing major gifts from high-net-worth individuals and significant foundation grants
Experience working in complex organization and across functions
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional work or military experience
Familiarity with and commitment to using donor relationship management systems; knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
