• Engage in a formal 4-week training program (2 weeks in Switzerland office / 2 weeks in Colorado office).

Financial Analyst, FA Program

• Closely support quantitative and qualitative screen and due diligence on prospective private infrastructure investments
• Support on several aspects of process management during the due diligence phase
• Run sophisticated infrastructure financial models
• Prepare investment memoranda for Partners Group's Investment Committee meetings
• Contribute to thematic sourcing initiatives across the European infrastructure landscape
• Monitor investments and work actively with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives

Financial Analyst – INFRA Directs

Controller

• Lead the coordination of annual audits across a large portfolio of entities, including complex and regulated fund structures, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality financial statements and annual reports
• Serve as a key point of contact for auditors, external and internal stakeholders, driving alignment and execution across demanding timelines
• Review and challenge NAV packages, financial statements and annual reports prepared by external fund administrators, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to technical accounting discussions and assess the impact of accounting policies on NAV and financial statements
• Partner closely with external fund administrators on periodic NAV processes and financial reporting deliverables

Lead Fund Controller

Operations

• Oversee key fund cash activities, including product closings, capital calls, and distributions, ensuring accurate, timely execution and compliance with internal controls.
• Serve as the main contact for day-to-day fund cash operational matters, coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
• Act as an authorized signatory and reviewer for relevant fund cash transactions, in line with approval limits and control requirements.
• Manage stakeholder and service provider relationships, monitoring service delivery against KPIs and SLAs, operational performance, and timely issue escalation and resolution.
• Review and interpret key fund legal and offering documents, including Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) and Operating Memoranda (OMs), to ensure cash flow events and operational processes are executed in line with fund requirements.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports, using operational data and trends to improve governance, identify issues, and drive process standardization.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and maintain procedures, policies, and documentation to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce operational risk, and support a well-controlled operating environment.
• Promote a strong risk and control culture through adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operating standards.

Senior Fund Cash Operations Lead

Human Resources

• Act as a subject matter expert in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Provide first‑ and second‑level support, managing standard and complex HR cases, escalations, and service requests
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues and prevent future incidents
• Ensure adherence to SLA response, resolution, and lifecycle targets and support service performance improvements
• Assess, challenge, and translate functional and technical change requests into scalable and compliant solutions

• Shape and execute product marketing activities for Partners Group’s private infrastructure business line, developing and implementing the product marketing strategy in close collaboration with our private infrastructure business development and client relationship teams
• Oversee and contribute to the creation of private infrastructure product RfPs, commercial sections in private placement memorandums (PPMs), product pitchbooks and teasers, due diligence and other client events, DDQs, benchmarking, and supporting new product fundraising launches
