About the role
- Own and execute critical Private Equity business processes and strategic initiatives
- Work with the Private Equity COO and global operations team
- Develop and drive strategic projects across Private Equity
- Own Private Equity KPIs, scorecard, and governance reporting
- Create audience-tailored communications, including high-impact PowerPoint presentations
- Manage recurring PE processes and submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or other business-related roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Advanced PowerPoint skills required
- Established track record in operations, finance, and/or program management
- Superior understanding of KPI and data analysis techniques
- Expert skills in analyzing and modelling data
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and information systems
