Translate detailed customer and compliance requirements into fully functional documents
Apply data mappings and print logic to ensure accuracy and compliance
Design and implement mapping logic using VB.NET
Perform thorough unit testing on all work products to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices

Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical requirements
Strong attention to detail
Experience working with data merging/mapping and business rules
Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., VB.NET or similar), or proven ability to learn quickly
Experience independently unit testing and validating deliverables
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Business-level English fluency, including proficiency with English writing conventions
Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services industries (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with document generation systems (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience or familiarity with SQL databases and queries (Preferred Qualifications)
