About the role
- Lead Director of Technical Operations to drive technical operations and solution engineering initiatives in PartnerCentric’s affiliate marketing tech stack.
- Partner with Sales and Client Services to design and deliver innovative, sustainable technology solutions, while managing the Technical Operations team from onboarding to enablement.
- Oversee affiliate marketing operations including program tracking, product feed management, and partner network integrations; drive client success and revenue growth.
- Develop standardized processes, toolchains, dashboards; implement OKRs to track velocity, quality, success, and team development.
- Own technical setup and QA for affiliate and influencer platforms; manage pixel implementations, postback integrations, tag containers, UTM strategies; guide product feed setup and optimization.
- Train internal teams and maintain documentation; serve as primary technical liaison with client IT.
- Build and scale high-performing technical teams; communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or technical operations leadership—ideally within SaaS, affiliate, or partner ecosystem environments.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, identity-access management, and integration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution modeling, GA4, product feeds, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams. Exceptional communicator capable of translating technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
