About the role

  • Lead and scale technical operations in a dynamic affiliate marketing environment.
  • Guide the development and refinement of our affiliate tracking and attribution methodologies.
  • Stay ahead of trends in affiliate technology, including APIs, SaaS tracking platforms, and cookie-less tracking.
  • Own the technical setup and QA of affiliate program tracking across multiple platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale).
  • Manage pixel implementations, postback integrations, tag containers, and UTM strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with tracking, link health, and data discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain affiliate-specific documentation: tracking setup guides, partner platform comparisons, and issue resolution workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical clarity across marketing, client services, and external stakeholders.
  • Product Feed setup, optimization, and error resolution across affiliate platforms and shopping channels.
  • Monitor affiliate reporting data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Train internal team members on affiliate marketing tools, technical concepts, and troubleshooting protocols.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of affiliate program execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing technical operations
  • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and performance analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Postback URLs)
  • Ability to explain complex affiliate tech to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse clients
