About the role
- Execute and deliver commercial real estate valuations for institutional clients
- Develop sophisticated valuation models and innovative analytical frameworks
- Mentor junior professionals and build collaborative, high-performing teams
- Contribute to industry publications and speaking engagements
- Build strong relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation and ensure quality and consistency
- Provide market-leading support and complete assignments with timely communication and delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial real estate valuation experience
- Active Certified General Appraiser License (Texas)
- Strategic understanding of complex commercial real estate markets
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Experience with institutional-grade properties
- Advanced analytical & modeling expertise, including a working knowledge of Argus
- Ability to travel for property inspections as needed
- MAI designation or active candidacy preferred
- Business development and/or team leadership experience preferred
