Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across GCP’s ecosystem (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Tasks, Redis, Pub/Sub, etc.)
• Collaborate with other engineers to design performant APIs, databases, and backend systems
• Improve reliability and observability across our stack (monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing)
• Evolve our CI/CD pipelines and developer environments to maximize speed and confidence in shipping
• Empower others (and yourself) to use AI tools effectively and safely across the development process
• Own system performance, uptime, and scalability as usage grows
• Implement security best practices, from secrets management to access control
• Respond to and help prevent production incidents

Business Operations

• Lead the Business Operations team to be an innovative, AI-native team and company backbone
• Personally execute on high-priority projects and lead members of the Ops team
• Relentlessly streamline, automate and scale processes across the business with a strong bias toward AI
• Identify, diagnose and fix problems, painpoints and inefficiencies across the business
• Source, diligence and deploy third-party tools to augment workflows
• Prototype solutions and build internal tools end-to-end using vibe coding
• Contribute to overall company strategy
• Play a key role in building and scaling Partiful's operations
