About the role
- Lead the design and development of Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate flows
- Architect and implement Copilots and Agent Flows using Copilot Studio
- Design and manage Dataverse architecture, including data models, security roles, and business rules
- Oversee ALM processes and DLP policy implementation across Dev/Test/Prod environments
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems using standard and custom connectors
- Implement AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and AI Builder, ensuring safe and effective use
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure data services
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met, including GDPR and PII handling
- Optimize solution performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Establish quality assurance practices and mentor engineering team members
- Create comprehensive documentation and operational support models
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate
- Proficiency in Copilot Studio and AI integration within Power Platform
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and ALM practices
- Experience with standard connectors and custom API design
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI implementation and AI Builder capabilities
- Familiarity with Azure data services (Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse)
- Understanding of security best practices, including Azure AD/Entra ID
- Proven experience automating process flows with Power Platform and Copilot
- Experience integrating applications using Power Platform
- Experience with performance optimization and monitoring in Power Platform
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) (Preferred)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system integrations (Preferred)
- Background in data analytics or business intelligence (Preferred)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Preferred)
