About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft the direction and expression of Parloa brand design
- Participate in the creative development of assets across digital and physical channels.
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align visual storytelling.
- Set the visual bar, and ensure brand fidelity across all creative assets.
- Help to evolve and maintain our visual identity system.
- QA design outputs for polish, detail, and consistency.
- Support briefing and directing external creative agencies.
- Champion an AI-first design mindset.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in graphic/brand design.
- Inspired to build the most (only?) design-forward brand in SaaS
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft across brand, campaign, and digital.
- Proficiency in design systems (typography, color, layout, iconography, grids, graphic devices).
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC suite
- Experience with storyboarding and motion is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
- Excellent communication skills: clear feedback, compelling presentations, and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Fluent in English (native or bilingual proficiency).
