About the role
- Conduct needs assessments to define learning objectives and close knowledge gaps.
- Create high-quality materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, videos, and live sessions.
- Tailor content for different user groups and skill levels.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content.
- Use feedback and performance data to continuously refine training materials.
- Oversee multiple training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively.
- Implement knowledge checks and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize external training.
Requirements
- 7+ years in instructional design, training, or customer experience roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and e-learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Confident in engaging and inspiring different audiences.
- Open to new technologies and trends in instructional design.
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Business fluent in English (C2 level).
