About the role

  • Conduct needs assessments to define learning objectives and close knowledge gaps.
  • Create high-quality materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, videos, and live sessions.
  • Tailor content for different user groups and skill levels.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content.
  • Use feedback and performance data to continuously refine training materials.
  • Oversee multiple training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Communicate progress and challenges effectively.
  • Implement knowledge checks and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize external training.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in instructional design, training, or customer experience roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in instructional design tools and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Confident in engaging and inspiring different audiences.
  • Open to new technologies and trends in instructional design.
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Business fluent in English (C2 level).
