About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conceptualization, creation and optimization of AI-assisted content for LinkedIn, website, ads and campaigns
  • Development of high-performing prompts and content workflows (text, image, optionally video)
  • Independent creation of LinkedIn ads creatives (hook, copy, visual logic)
  • Build and further develop scalable content and performance processes using AI
  • Creation of SEO-optimized landing pages and use cases
  • Analysis and interpretation of content based on performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement)
  • Identification and testing of new AI tools and automations in marketing
  • Close collaboration with marketing and executive management on campaign ideas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student in marketing, graphic design, AI, media or a similar field
  • Demonstrable practical experience in content marketing (e.g., personal projects, working-student position, freelancing)
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway (Runway ML) or comparable tools
  • Ability to distinguish good from average content (especially in a B2B/LinkedIn context)
  • Creative instinct for hooks, storytelling and visual communication
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs (CTR, conversions, etc.)
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong quality focus
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
