About the role

  • Point of contact for our existing customers in daily operational matters
  • Conducting and supporting customer onboardings and rollouts
  • Conducting training sessions (remote via MS Teams) for administrators and end users
  • Handling and structuring support requests (1st & 2nd level)
  • Developing and maintaining our help center as well as information and self-service portals
  • Using AI tools to optimize support processes and knowledge management
  • Capturing, structuring and pre-qualifying customers' technical requirements
  • Close collaboration with project management and IT to efficiently implement customer requirements
  • Identifying recurring issues and deriving improvement opportunities for product and processes

Requirements

  • Some professional experience in customer success, support, an IT-related project environment, or a comparable role
  • Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, software logic, data flows — no coding required)
  • Confident use of digital tools and ideally experience with ticketing systems
  • Interest in and practical experience with AI tools (e.g., for automation, documentation, or analysis)
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and quick comprehension
  • Ability to present complex topics in a clear, customer-friendly manner
  • Independent and responsible approach to work
  • Friendly, confident demeanor in customer interactions and proactive communication
