About the role
- Point of contact for our existing customers in daily operational matters
- Conducting and supporting customer onboardings and rollouts
- Conducting training sessions (remote via MS Teams) for administrators and end users
- Handling and structuring support requests (1st & 2nd level)
- Developing and maintaining our help center as well as information and self-service portals
- Using AI tools to optimize support processes and knowledge management
- Capturing, structuring and pre-qualifying customers' technical requirements
- Close collaboration with project management and IT to efficiently implement customer requirements
- Identifying recurring issues and deriving improvement opportunities for product and processes
Requirements
- Some professional experience in customer success, support, an IT-related project environment, or a comparable role
- Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, software logic, data flows — no coding required)
- Confident use of digital tools and ideally experience with ticketing systems
- Interest in and practical experience with AI tools (e.g., for automation, documentation, or analysis)
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and quick comprehension
- Ability to present complex topics in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Independent and responsible approach to work
- Friendly, confident demeanor in customer interactions and proactive communication
