Implementation Specialist

• Play a critical role in managing and supporting enterprise software implementation projects for various public sector clients
• Lead workstreams or projects under the guidance of Managers and Senior Consultants
• Advise clients on best practice system design and implementation strategies
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Develop and document business process workflows, configurations, and recommendations for enterprise permitting systems
• Lead or facilitate recurring client and internal meetings, ensuring clear documentation of outcomes and next steps
• Present deliverables and progress updates directly to clients with professionalism and clarity
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and dependencies across assigned workstreams to ensure timely completion and alignment with project timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare client status reports, update project dashboards, and support internal project management practices
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and foster trust throughout a software implementation lifecycle
• Help identify and refine internal company methodologies and templates to enhance delivery consistency and quality
• Review and mentor the work of Analysts and Junior Consultants, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives
