About the role
- Help shape, manage, and execute a portfolio of operational processes that can be implemented across the firm
- Advise and interact directly with account leaders, synthesizing data into actionable insights that support informed decision making.
- Identify risks and opportunities on accounts and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership to improve account operations
- Partner cross-functionally with CVE, account teams, and staffing to enhance the experience of our consultants and drive account growth, including automation where appropriate.
- Work with CVE to identify gaps in current processes and suggest process improvements
- Maintain knowledge of current capabilities and processes for account operations across the firm
- Take ownership of your career and personal development with continuous 360-degree feedback and guidance from your mentor and Pariveda’s proprietary Expectations Framework.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related working experience, preferably from a professional services or consulting organization
- Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and confidently prioritizes what matters most when multiple demands compete
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage operational processes, templates and frameworks
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with account leads, organizational leadership, and internal functions
- Innate curiosity to learn, solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to evolving commercial strategies.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing an excellent work product
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.
- Experience working within CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
