About the role

  • Own the end-to-end opportunity pipeline management process, ensuring CRM data integrity, governance, and adherence to defined standards.
  • Monitor and review incoming opportunities, proactively correcting data issues, identifying risks, and engaging appropriate stakeholders to maintain pipeline accuracy.
  • Lead recurring pipeline and forecasting cadences, developing and maintaining models that incorporate stage progression, conversion rates, deal velocity, and risk indicators.
  • Identify stalled, at-risk, or high-impact opportunities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership to improve progression and forecast reliability.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and perform deep-dive analyses on win/loss trends, deal slippage, aging, and productivity to surface growth levers and operational bottlenecks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, account teams, and staffing to enhance opportunity data capture, reporting, and workflow efficiency, including automation where appropriate.
  • Advise and interact directly with CVE leaders, synthesizing data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, pipeline management, or data analytics.
  • Experience working within CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain forecasting models and executive-level dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales metrics such as win rate, pipeline aging, coverage ratios, and conversion rates.
  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve issues that impact forecasting accuracy.
  • Innate curiosity to learn, solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to evolving commercial strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
