- Act as PAREXEL’s direct contact with assigned sites
- Evaluate site recruitment plans and implement corrective actions
- Conduct remote visits and on-site training as required

Requirements
- +1 year of monitoring experience
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of CTMS, EDMS, MS-Office products
- Ability to interact professionally within a client organization
- Must be fluent in English
