About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As an Account Executive at Paretos, you drive our sales team forward and acquire new customers.
  • You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and experienced colleagues, continuously learning and actively shaping our growth.
  • Your main responsibilities include managing the entire sales process — from needs analysis and lead qualification to product demos — converting leads into customers.
  • You regularly close new deals and achieve our sales targets.
  • You engage directly with decision-makers and conduct negotiations at management level.
  • You build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business.
  • You work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to further develop our sales strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience and demonstrate strong selling skills, business acumen and a commercial mindset.
  • You have experience with digital transformation and modern tool landscapes.
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • You excel in sales and closing skills.
  • You are proficient in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • You are goal-oriented and take initiative to achieve your targets.
  • You speak fluent German (DACH focus) and English (we are an international company).
