About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead discovery and requirements workshops, collaborating as equals with domain teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Operations, and with C-level executives.
- You translate business requirements into concrete platform configurations and facilitate data-driven decision-making with the customer.
- You configure forecast and replenishment solutions on the paretos platform, using agent-assisted, iterative approaches.
- You integrate customer data and define our semantic data layer as the foundation for accurate forecasts and responses from our agent Socrates.
- You ensure results reach the customer's workflow through clean handovers into ERP or planning systems.
- Through Vibe Engineering you build dashboards, data processing pipelines, and creative solution components that deliver real value for the use case.
- You convert recurring tasks into Skills and thereby actively extend our internal agent architecture: agent workflows, MCP integrations, custom skills.
- You produce presentations and documentation primarily AI-assisted: fast, structured, and to the point.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Software Engineer with consulting experience.
- Former technical founders are explicitly welcome.
- Strong data affinity: you dive deep into datasets, identify causal chains, and want to understand processes in detail.
- Demonstrable AI-first working approach.
- Agents, LLMs, Claude Code and Vibe Coding are standard, not the exception.
- Practical experience with LLMs and agent systems, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and deployment to production.
- High sense of ownership and the ability to navigate complex organizations confidently, even in ambiguous situations.
- Clear, persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with low ego.
- German at native level or C1, fluent in English.
- Bonus: Supply Chain / FMCG, Finance / Controlling, Pharma / Life Sciences, ERP / BI systems, S&OP processes, AI deployment patterns.
