About the role
- Reach out to prospective customers – by phone, video call, or on-site
- Conduct high-level conversations with target customers
- Identify business needs and generate interest in our products
- Own the end-to-end sales process and continuously optimize it
- Work closely with marketing managers, account executives, and customer success specialists
Requirements
- Experience as an SDR and industry knowledge (ideally 1–2 years of experience selling SaaS products and/or in supply chain management)
- Tech-savvy and proficient with modern tools
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and resilience
- Fluent in German and English (native or bilingual)
